Optimum Series Ultimate Waterproof Smart Pump - Blue

The Optimum Series Ultimate Waterproof Smart Pump is an automatic, rechargeable penis vacuum pump. It has a display and a clear cylinder with measurement markings. It creates the vacuum by itself with 10 programmable modes or in manual control, and the display shows you the mode, the pressure level and how much battery is left. It's submersible (IPX7), gives you up to 180 minutes per charge, and the cylinder measures 22.75 cm in total length and 7.5 cm in diameter. The controller is made of ABS, the cylinder of PS, and the buttons and ring of silicone. It contains no phthalates.

Who it suits and who it doesn't

It suits you if you'd rather not pump by hand and prefer the device to create the vacuum and show you on screen what pressure you're at. If you travel, the safety lock lets you pack it in your suitcase discreetly.

How to use it and look after it

1. Fit the removable silicone ring before you begin: it helps the cylinder sit snugly and comfortably.
2. To switch it on or off, hold the button down for 3 seconds.
3. Choose manual control or one of the 10 smart modes, and follow the mode and pressure level on the display.
4. If you want to release the vacuum straight away, press the quick air-release button.
5. Before you put it in your suitcase, activate the travel lock.

It comes apart easily into pieces, so cleaning is quick. Charge it with the magnetic USB cable included. A full charge takes 2.5 hours.

• It can be submerged in water.

Compatibility

• Lubricant: The ring and buttons are made of silicone. As a general rule, then, a water-based lubricant is the usual choice, because a silicone one can damage that surface.
• Water: It has IPX7 protection and is submersible: you can use it out of the water, in the shower and in the bath.
• Charging: Rechargeable USB battery with magnetic cable included. One charge lasts around 160 minutes at full power and 180 at low power.
• Materials: ABS controller, PS cylinder, and silicone buttons and ring. Phthalate-free.

General tips

Common good practice for this type of product; these are not the manufacturer's instructions.

• Charge it fully before first use and, if you go a while without using it, give it a charge now and then: the battery holds up better if it isn't left flat for long.
• Even though it's submersible, dry it thoroughly before connecting it to the charger.
• Start with low pressure and increase it gradually. If you feel pain or tingling, or the skin changes colour, release the vacuum straight away.
• Keep sessions short and release the vacuum now and then to take a break; if the manual gives a maximum time, don't go beyond it.
• Use it in the shower or the bath, with water that is warm but comfortable to the touch; never very hot.
• Wash the cylinder and the sealing piece with lukewarm water and mild soap after each use; wipe the motor unit only with a damp cloth. Dry everything before putting it away.
• Keep it clean and dry, away from heat and sunlight, in a fabric pouch or its box and apart from other toys: some materials react when they touch and become stained or misshapen.
