The essentials: Velvet Noir Collar & Leash

- 71.1 cm (28 in) chain: Clips on and off, and ends in a faux leather handle
- Curved shape: Follows the natural curve of the neck
- PU and metal: 60% PU, 30% iron alloy and 10% zinc alloy
- Not tight: Nothing around the neck should be tight or be pulled hard
Who the Velvet Noir Collar & Leash is for, and who it isn't for
It suits you if
- You want a collar and leash in one set, without buying them separately.
- You want a leash you can unclip so you can wear the collar on its own.
- You have a larger neck and other collars come up short: this one goes up to 53.3 cm around.
- You prefer a chain leash with a handle to a fabric one.
Better look elsewhere if
- Your neck measures less than 36.8 cm or more than 53.3 cm around. Outside that range it won't fit properly.
- You want a leather collar. This one is PU with metal parts.
- You want a leash to pull hard on. With anything around the neck, pulling hard is not a good idea.
How to use the Velvet Noir Collar & Leash
- Measure your neck with a tape measure and check that it is between 36.8 and 53.3 cm.
- Agree on a word or signal beforehand to stop, and always respect it.
- Put the collar on loosely. You should be able to fit your fingers between the collar and the neck.
- Clip on the chain when you want to play with a leash, and unclip it if you prefer to wear just the collar.
- Guide gently. The leash is for leading, not for pulling on the neck.
Cleaning
Wipe it with a damp cloth, dry it well, chain included, and store it somewhere dry.
Our advice
- Never tighten or pull hard on anything around the neck.
- If the person has trouble breathing, feels dizzy or their face turns red, take the collar off straight away.
- Do not leave the person alone with the collar on and the chain clipped on.
- Do not tie the chain to furniture or to any fixed point.
